Each week an email will be sent out with three recordings of the same piece. Listen to the musical samples (make sure you have the right instrument), then write a review (preferably in a notebook) discussing the things you heard, things you liked or didn't like, things you noticed about the performers, differences between performers, etc.

Please note: I would still like my younger students to do this. Have them describe what they hear - loud, soft, short, long, storylines, emotions, moods, etc.
